I worked for Outside for many years, in both full time, contract and part time arrangements. For the company's 40th anniversary year, I planned and executed a milestone marketing plan centered around the 70's surf aesthetic that the company came up in. The strategy included special edition logos, monthly in-store events, a private label beer, commemorative merchandise and a groovy summer staff party.
